About This Blog

Making Art is the artist blog of Lee Hutchings (that’s me over there on the left). Sometimes I like to participate in the phenomenon that is Illustration Friday and when I do those images will appear here. I might also post ideas, thoughts on process, techniques, and more.

This blog may or may not be updated frequently. I sort of believe in the idea that blogs shouldn’t be an obligation. So, when I have the time and the inclination to post here I will certainly do so. Sometimes there just isn’t time between projects to blog. But I consider that a good thing. If I can’t blog because I have ongoing projects, then I’m pleased to just be working.
